About the Presenter(s):

Michelle Kantor, Esq., leads the Federal Government Contracting practice group  of McDonald Hopkins LLC.  She has more than 29  years practicing in federal and local government contracting, procurement law  and litigation. Kantor represents clients in business, WBE/MBE/DBE, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB; certifications and appeals; regulatory compliance; small business programs; bid protests; payment disputes; response to government investigations; and suspension and debarment proceedings. Michelle assists clients in Teaming and Joint Venture agreements; SBA  Mentor-Protégé agreements; corporate changes; and business succession planning.  She is a frequent speaker at seminars, conventions, webinars and conferences nationwide.
