Education and Training

The Nevada Small Business Development Center offers and coordinates a wide range of workshops, seminars, and courses in cooperation with the public and private sector.

Expert instruction ranges from introductory business management classes designed for start up businesses to advanced presentations aimed at assisting established companies. Each NSBDC Office offers own unique workshops, seminars and courses in order to ensure that up to date geographically correct information is being provided.

The NSBDC has adopted the entrepreneur curriculum, NxLeveL, as its statewide cornerstone training program. Over 500 new and existing Nevada business owners have graduated from this 13-week course that outlines key components of owning and operating a business with guidelines to writing a business plan.
